Terms of Service

1. Digital products

OGA Studio provides digital products, including Notion templates. No physical item is shipped. A compatible Notion account and internet connection are required to duplicate and use Notion templates.

2. Product license

The license included with each product defines its permitted use. Unless that product-specific license expressly allows broader use, a purchase grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to duplicate, customize, and use the template for personal purposes.

A product sold with a Personal / Solo-Business Use License may also be used by that purchaser for their own solo-business operations. A multi-person team license or transfer of the reusable template to clients is not included unless expressly stated in that product's license.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share private delivery links, or present the template as your own product. These terms do not reduce any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

3. Product changes and access

Your purchase includes access to the version described at checkout. OGA Studio may improve, replace, or discontinue future versions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased delivery materials available, but third-party platform changes may require an updated link or workflow.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the product or website to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malicious content, or attempt to bypass access controls.

5. Disclaimer

The template is a productivity tool, not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Results depend on how you use it. The product is provided without a guarantee that it will produce a particular personal or professional outcome.

6. Checkout and delivery

When purchasing is available, checkout and digital delivery are hosted by Payhip, with payments processed through PayPal. Product prices are one-time amounts in USD. Review the final total, including any applicable tax, and the available payment methods before confirming payment. Currency conversion or charges from your bank or payment provider may apply.

After a completed purchase, Payhip provides a download page and an email receipt with a delivery link. Download and extract the full ZIP, open its included start guide, and follow the instructions to duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace. Use a desktop for initial setup. Keep any included assets folder beside the guide. No physical item is shipped.

7. Third-party services

Payhip, PayPal, and Notion provide independent services with their own applicable terms. OGA Studio creates the products and provides product support; our terms do not override mandatory rights or the platform terms that apply to your transaction. OGA Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
