1. Overview

OGA Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit this website, contact support, or purchase a digital product.

2. Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. When purchasing is available, Payhip hosts checkout and digital delivery, and PayPal processes payments. These services may collect contact, billing, location, tax, and payment information needed for the order. OGA Studio can access order records, including the purchase email, products, amounts, and payment status, to provide delivery and support. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

3. Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

4. Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” this site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand which public pages are useful, which product detail pages are viewed, and when someone clicks a live link to continue to Payhip. The site sends fixed page and product identifiers, a broad source group, and canonical page and referrer URLs selected from a fixed list. The Google Analytics software may also process standard browser and device information and a randomly generated analytics identifier stored in an OGA Studio-prefixed cookie.

OGA Studio does not set a custom Google Analytics User-ID or send URL query strings or fragments, raw referrer paths, text you enter, email addresses, prices, or payment information. Google Analytics is not loaded and analytics events are not queued before you allow it. A Payhip outbound click indicates only that you chose to leave this site; it does not indicate that checkout started or that a purchase succeeded. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and enhanced measurement are disabled.

5. How information is used

Information is used to deliver purchases, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, maintain the website and products, and, when you allow optional analytics, understand aggregate use of the public website.

6. Service providers

Payhip provides checkout, order records, receipts, and file downloads. PayPal provides payment processing. Google Analytics provides optional website measurement after consent. Website hosting and email services help us operate the site and answer support requests. When you open or duplicate a template, Notion processes information under its own policies; you do not need to give OGA Studio access to your Notion workspace.

These services may process information outside your country and use cookies or similar technologies on their own pages. Review the Payhip privacy policy, the Google Privacy Policy, Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services, and the PayPal privacy notice shown during payment.

7. Retention and your choices

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 60 days. If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may set cookies using OGA Studio’s dedicated cookie prefix. Google Analytics event and user-level data is configured for a two-month retention period. This retention setting does not apply to aggregated reports, which may remain available longer. You can reopen “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time. Turning analytics off blocks future measurement, removes OGA Studio’s analytics cookies, and prevents the Google Analytics tag from loading on later visits unless you allow it again.

Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and keep necessary business records. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact 3822036282@qq.com.
