Seven-day technical guarantee
If you cannot access or duplicate the purchased template, or if a material advertised feature is missing, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will first try to provide a working link or reasonable fix. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund.
What to include
Email 3822036282@qq.com with the purchase email, order reference, a short description of the problem, and a screenshot when useful. Never send passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, or Notion login credentials.
How refunds are handled
Contact OGA Studio first for product access or feature problems. For purchases made through Payhip and paid through PayPal, approved refunds are processed through the original payment service. A refund is complete only when the payment provider confirms it; the time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment method and provider.
Digital-product limitations
Where permitted by applicable law and checkout terms, our voluntary technical guarantee does not cover a change of mind, failure to read the product description, or lack of a Notion account when the product was delivered and works as described.
Your other rights
The seven-day technical guarantee is additional to any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. It does not shorten those rights or prevent you from using applicable Payhip or PayPal refund and dispute procedures. If you wish to cancel before downloading, contact us promptly and review the cancellation terms provided at checkout.
