Include the product name, purchase email, order reference when available, and a concise description of what happened. A screenshot is helpful for visual errors.
Finding your download
For a completed Payhip purchase, use the download link in your receipt email. Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address you used at checkout. If the email is missing or the download limit has been reached, contact us with your order details so we can help. You do not need to buy the product again to ask for access support.
Keep your information safe
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, complete payment-card numbers, identity documents, API keys, or Notion login credentials. OGA Studio will never ask for them by email.
